At CryoSRV our parts undergo rigorous repair and test procedures which exceed OEM standards. Our processes ensure quality and long term reliability for our customers cryogenic systems. CryoSRV technicians have over 50 years of field service experience. We understand some systems are not located in ideal laboratory settings. For that reason during the testing process, we duplicate real world conditions such as higher heat loads, low cooling, water flow, high cooling water temperature, and low compressor pressures. If parts meet our high standards, you can be confident in superior performance at your location. A 12 Month Warranty is included with all part sales.

EXCHANGE PROGRAM

We supply parts to customers worldwide. Our warehouse is stocked and ready to service our customers. We will have your system repaired and operating in a timely manner. Your replacement parts will be delivered to your location. Your used parts will ship to CryoSRV for repair. At some point MRI scanners will fail. We can ship parts as late as 9:30 pm cst with FedEx overnight shipping. In case of an emergency, same day delivery is available.

REPAIR PROGRAM

For customers who have their own inventory, we offer a repair program. We guarantee a one week turnaround on normal repairs. Once the repair is complete, we will return the parts or store them and drop ship directly to your customers. This allows our customers to save on shipping and warehousing costs. Advance payment isn’t required and your one year warranty starts when you begin using the part.

REMOTE MONITORING

We strongly encourage customers to use our remote monitoring for your cryogenic system. Remote monitoring provides advance warning of system failure. Monitoring allows time to diagnose issues and repair the problem with minimal down time. For a low cost of $350 per month we will monitor customer site/s 24/7. We also provide customers with login access to their system for monitoring.
